Privacy Policy:

We value the relationship we have with you the customer. We are dedicated to the private nature of your information you have provided to us. Your personal information is kept confidential and will not be shared. We take great care in safeguarding your personal information both in person and on the website.

Shipping:

We ship within the United States. We use USPS Ground Advantage, and Priority Mail. These services provide us with tracking and delivery verification.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Orders will be shipped with in 2 to 3 business days, once payment confirmation. An email confirmation will be sent once it’s shipped. All orders will be shipped with insurance and tracking number. Once packed is shipped, any email will be sent with information.

Payment:

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express. PayPal and Square completely private and secure.

Sent Returns To:

We are happy to accept online returns, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please return it to us for a refund, exchange or store credit within ten days of the day you receive your order. All returns must have the original receipt. All return items to be in their original condition unused with original tags. Should be safely packaged and shipped with insurance and delivery confirmation to ensure their arrival. Please call us or email us so that we can expect your return package. Acceptable return condition of your item must be unused and it’s in the original condition that it was received it. Victoria’s Southwest Designs will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. After the package is marked as delivered. No returns or cancellation on custom our personalizing orders. Item sold at discontinued prices are not eligible for returns. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.

Special Requests:

All special requests are welcome. I can collaborate and design a unique One-of-a-kind peace for you. The best way is to contact me is by email victoriassouthwestdesigns@gmail.com We will estimate the price and let you know. A nonrefundable 30% deposit is required. All special request sales are final.

Layaway:

I do offer layaways. We do require a 30% down and up to six months to pay it off. Please call me at 505-974-8987 to discuss further. On the last payment shipping and handling will be added to the layaway.

Can we chance the length of the necklace or bracelet?

Yes, we are able to modify the length of a piece for no additional fees. Just email me the additional information. Also, if you see anything on the sold section and would like something like that piece. We could make something similar. Please let me know we can work together to make this possible.

Repair:

From time-to-time normal wear and tear and everyday use it may need some repairs. If you need repair from any items purchased from Victoria’s Southwest Designs will repair for you free. If you have the original receipt, I’ll repair for free within a year. If you have any questions, please contact me.
