We value the relationship we have with you the customer. We are dedicated to the private nature of your information you have provided to us. Your personal information is kept confidential and will not be shared. We take great care in safeguarding your personal information both in person and on the website.

We ship within the United States. We use USPS Ground Advantage, and Priority Mail. These services provide us with tracking and delivery verification. We also provide insurance on all orders.
Orders will be shipped with in 24 to 48 hours, once payment confirmation. All orders will be shipped with insurance and tracking number. Once the order is shipped an email will be sent out with all information.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express. PayPal and Square completely private and secure.

All sales are final, as each piece is unique made. We also do not accept returns. Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

I offer layaway plans with a 30% deposit and up to six months to complete payment. Please call me at 505-974-8987 to discuss further. Shipping and handling will be added to the final payment.

Yes, we are able to modify the length of a piece for no additional fees. Just email us so we can go over what changes you’d like.

From time-to-time normal wear and tear and everyday use it may need some repairs. If you need repair from any items purchased from Victoria’s Southwest Designs please contact us. If you have the original receipt, I’ll repair for free within a year. If you have any questions.

The difference between bench handmade vs machine made sterling silver beads/pearls-
This is how I see it:
Bench made are handmade beads and known as Navajo Pearls.
Machine-made beads aren’t handcrafted, which is why I call them Desert Sterling Silver Pearls—a nod to New Mexico, a beautiful desert state in the Southwest.
